2. HDB Apartments: Public housing units with accommodations ranging from one to four bedrooms. Rooms are generally equipped with basic amenities like beds, desks, chrs, and electric fans; utilities electricity, water, gas are included in the price.

   • Rental: SGD 400 – 1000 per month

   • Capacities:

     • Single occupancy

     • Shared rooms for multiple people

3. Private Apartments Condominiums Terrace Houses: These properties offer various room capacities with the same basic amenities and utilities as HDB apartments, but at potentially higher costs due to access to additional facilities in condominiums.

   • Rental: SGD 800 – 1800 per month

   • Capacities:

     • Single occupancy

     • Shared rooms for multiple people

Tenancy Agreements:

1. Sign the Tenancy Agreement: You will need to sign this contract with your landlord.

2. Rental Detls: The agreement specifies monthly rental costs, what the fee covers and when payments are due.

3. Deposit Notice Periods: Typically, you must pay a deposit equivalent to one month's rent and advance the first month's rent before moving in. If you wish to terminate your lease early, providing at least a month's notice is required. You should also take care of the items provided; any damages or losses will result in compensation.
